As we prepare for our Annual General Meeting, it's important to ensure that we meet the quorum requirement, which means having more than 50% of our active members present.

We understand that scheduling conflicts may prevent some members from attending the AGM. That's why we offer proxy voting as an option for those unable to be present in person.
