Hillside Church will be holding in-person Family Worship Gatherings in our building by RSVP only. Family Worship Gatherings means your children will be with you during our services. To RSVP to an in-person gathering, please click the button below.

Please note: HILLSIDEKIDS will not be available during in-person gatherings. We do have a kids play room available for kids during the service with a live stream of our worship gathering, so no one has to miss out on all that's going on.

HILLSIDE KIDS@HOME will remain online until further notice.

RSVP FOR WORSHIP LIVE

Hillside Church will be taking the following safety measures to ensure compliance with the AHS recommendations:

LIMITED SEATING

We will be limiting capacity to current provincal requirements so we can stay within our capacity. We ask that you sit with people from your household or cohort families and maintain at least a two-seat distance between yourself and those not within your household or cohort family.

RSVP REQUIRED

Those who choose to attend WORSHIP LIVE at our physical location will be required to RSVP prior to Sunday. Once registration for a service time reaches full capacity, the service time will be closed. RSVP’s will be required weekly at this time.

  • Please only register the number of family members who will be attending that week with you as seats are limited.

  • An email will be sent to you confirming availability of space for the week requested

CONTACTLESS WORSHIP GATHERINGS
    • The City Of Airdrie's mandatory mask bylaw requires everyone who attends church will need to wear a mask upon entering our building and for the duration of our service.  

    • The auditorium will be disinfected before and after each service for your safety.

    • Hand sanitizer stations will be located throughout the building.

    • There will be adjusted seating to accommodate safe spacing for each family and individual.

    • We have a unstaffed children's play space available each Sunday with a live stream of the service.

    • Please remain respectful of the recommend social distancing of 6 feet to ensure everyone’s safety.

    • Please no hugging, handshaking, or high-fives (air high-fives are okay).

    • Online and text giving is highly encouraged. 

    • Bathrooms will be limited to two people per bathroom at one time.

    • Hillside Kids will not be available during in-person gatherings. Hillside Kids will remain online only until further notice.

Please respect and honor these guidelines. Our leaders, staff, and team are doing our best to accommodate our church family as we navigate these unique circumstances.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Here are some answers to common questions.

RSVP is required in order to attend a service on our physical campus, which will open the week prior to the Sunday service through the link provided on our website on our reserve your seat webpage. Once seating fills up, the registration will close until the following week.

Option 1: CHURCH-IN-PERSON Gatherings - If your family will be joining us in-person, please know that Hillside Kids will be held only online. Families are encouraged to worship together. We do have an unstaff kids play area available for your kids each Sunday with a live stream of the worship gatherring. If your kids will be attending, please make sure to register them in the RSVP as well.

Option 2: church@home - If your family chooses this option visit our church@home page to attend our online worship gathering every week or you can subscribe to our Hillside Church YouTube Channel and for your kids you can find our kids resources every week on our YouTube Channel or on our Hillside Kids page.

Upon entering, exiting, or moving through the building, the city of Airdrie By Law's madiate the wearing of a face mask and practicing social distancing.

If you'd like to participate in live worship, wearing a face mask and maintaining safe social distancing is mandated by the city of Airdrie bylaw.

Unfortunately, no. You are free to grab a coffee on the way and bring it with you!

If you or anyone in your home has been sick or has a compromised immune system, we encourage you to stay home and be a part of church@home!

We are actively monitoring the COVID-19 situation and taking provincal, national and local regulations into consideration regarding the decisions and actions we take. At this point, we will be re-evaluating services on a month-to-month basis. We appreciate your grace and understanding during this time.
