We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our team as a Church Administrator! We’re looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting the life and mission of Hillside Church. This role is designed to be flexible, with responsibilities tailored to highlight your unique strengths.

What You’ll Do
As our Church Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our church running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the church calendar: scheduling meetings, events, and facility use.
  • Handling communication: answering phone calls, emails, and inquiries from members and visitors.
  • Coordinating newsletters, social media content, and website updates.
  • Managing supplies and overseeing forms and documents.
  • Serving as the point of contact for vendors and service providers.
  • Facilitating communication between leadership, staff, and the congregation.
  • Supporting additional tasks as needed to help the church thrive.

What We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • Proficiency in basic computer skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Oral and written communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and solve problems.
  • A commitment to handling confidential information with care.

Position Details

  • Part-Time: 4 hours per week.
  • Compensation: $350 per month.
