Join Betty Korsch, a professional fitness and boxing instructor, for a Women’s Workout Group that’s about more than just exercise. It’s a space to move, laugh, and encourage one another—body, mind, and spirit.

Each session, Betty will lead us through practical fitness routines that anyone can do, while also creating space to share life, faith, and friendship. Whether you’re a fitness regular or just looking for a fun way to connect, you’ll be welcomed and supported every step of the way.
