Church Council Nominations

As we prepare for our Annual General Meeting, we’re entering an important season in the life of our church—recognizing and affirming those who will help serve on our Church Council. This team plays a meaningful role in helping guide both the spiritual and practical life of Hillside, and we approach this process with prayer, care, and a deep sense of shared responsibility.

We would love for you to be part of this by submitting a nomination. If someone comes to mind who lives with a heart to serve, demonstrates spiritual maturity, and cares deeply about our church family, we invite you to put their name forward. Often, God brings people to mind for a reason, and this is one way we can listen together.

Submitting a nomination is simple—just fill out the short, anonymous form below. If you’re unsure about all the details, that’s okay. You can still share the name of someone you feel could serve in this way, and we’ll take care of following up.

Those who serve on Council are individuals who are active members of Hillside, committed to giving, and at least 21 years old. More than anything, we are looking for people who are faithfully walking with Jesus and willing to serve His church with humility and wisdom.
