Rocky Mountain Unit Retreat Meals

We are thrilled to announce that Hillside Church has the honor of hosting the annual Foursquare Canada Unit Pastors Retreat! We will be welcoming pastors from our Rocky Mountain Unit, spanning from Alberta, eastern British Columbia, and even Whitehorse in the Yukon.

As part of this incredible opportunity, we’ve been asked to provide a few meals during the retreat, and we need your help to make this happen! All meals will be hosted right here at the church, and your contribution will help nourish the hearts and bodies of these wonderful leaders.

The dates for the retreat are: October 24 - October 26

Here’s how you can help:

Thursday Dinner – Tacos & Taco Salad
Needed: Meat (Chicken, beef, pork, etc.), salad, taco toppings (salsa, cheese, etc.), taco shells, sides

Friday Lunch – Make Your Own Sandwich
Needed: Meat (Pulled pork, smoked meat, chicken), buns (including gluten-free), sandwich toppings, sides

Saturday Lunch – Soups & Chili
Needed: Various kinds of soups or chili (including gluten-free options), sides
