We believe God brings each person into our church family with their own gifts, experiences, personality, and story. That means there is a you-shaped place at Hillside — a place where who God has made you to be can help strengthen, encourage, and serve others.
Serving isn’t about filling empty spots on a schedule. It’s one of the ways we become part of the life of the church, build relationships, discover how God has gifted us, and help make Hillside a place where others can belong too.

Once you submit the form, someone from Hillside will connect with you, answer any questions you have, and help you take a next step that makes sense.

PLACES TO SERVE
There are lots of ways to be part of what God is doing at Hillside. Take a look through the opportunities below and see what catches your attention.
Hillside Kids
Help kids know they are loved by God and that they have a place at Hillside.
Serve with Nursery, Littles, or Bigs and help create a safe, fun, and welcoming environment where children can build relationships and learn about Jesus.
Hillside Youth
Help create a place where students can belong, build friendships, and grow in their relationship with Jesus.
Serve alongside students in Grades 6–12 by showing up consistently, building relationships, helping with activities, and creating a safe and welcoming place to explore faith.
Worship Team
Help lead our church family in worship and create space for people to respond to God together.
Use your voice or musical gifts to help our church focus on Jesus, engage with Scripture, and worship together.
Production Team
Help create a Sunday environment where people can hear, see, and engage without distraction.
Serve behind the scenes with sound or presentation and help everything on Sunday morning come together smoothly. No tech expertise is required to get started.
Welcome Team
Help make Hillside feel warm, friendly, and easy to walk into.
Greet people on Sunday mornings, help guests feel noticed and comfortable, and help create the kind of welcome that makes Hillside feel like family.
Prayer Team
Help create space for people to be prayed for, encouraged, and cared for.
Our Prayer Team is available after Sunday services to listen, pray with people, and come alongside them with encouragement and care.
Hillside Creative Team
Help us imagine new and creative ways to tell the story of Hillside.
We’re building something new around creativity, storytelling, social media, photography, video, writing, and other ideas. If that sounds interesting to you, we’d love to explore what this team could become together.
Small Group Leaders & Hosts
Help create a place where people can build relationships, grow in faith, and do life together.
Whether you’re interested in leading, co-leading, or opening your home, Small Groups are a meaningful way to help others connect and grow beyond Sunday mornings.
