At Hillside Church, we believe no parent should have to carry the weight of Christmas alone. We know this season can be beautiful and meaningful — but it can also be challenging, especially when you’re doing your best to give your child a Christmas they will remember. Sometimes a little support can make all the difference, and we want to come alongside families with love, dignity, and joy.

Be Part of Give Christmas
This Christmas, Hillside Church is coming together to share the love, hope, and kindness of Jesus with children and teens across Airdrie — from birth to 18 years old. Through Give Christmas, we want every child to feel seen, valued, and celebrated during a season that can be both joyful and challenging for many families. And we’d love for you to be part of making that happen.
Here are a few meaningful ways you can help bring Christmas joy to our community:
Join the Shopping Team
As families sign up, we’re looking for volunteers to shop for thoughtful, personalized gifts for each child. We’ll give you a few details about their interests so you can choose something that will truly make their Christmas morning sparkle.
Give Financially
If you’d like to support Give Christmas through a financial gift, simply mark your donation with “Give Christmas.” You can add this note to your offering envelope, your e-transfer memo, or the online giving form. Every dollar helps bless a child in a very real and practical way.
Volunteer on December 20th
We also need caring, friendly volunteers on Saturday, December 20th, between noon and 2:00 PM, to help families as they pick up their gifts. Your warm welcome and helping hands will make the day even more meaningful.
